Victor Leão

Victor Leão has a diverse work experience background. Victor started their career as an intern at Telefônica in 2007. After that, they worked as a Strategic Planning Consultant at Accenture for a few months in 2008. In 2009, they joined GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes as a Senior Aviation Business Analyst, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 onwards, Victor has been associated with Lufthansa Systems, where they held multiple roles such as Sales and Key Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Senior Product Owner, and currently serves as the Head of Airport Operations Solutions. In these roles, they have displayed skills in service delivery management, sales consulting, process improvement, business analysis, strategic planning, and product ownership.

Victor Leão has a diverse education history. In 2023, they attended Haufe Akademie and obtained a degree in Agile Product Management. In 2013, they completed a degree in Personal & Professional Coaching from Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching. In 2010, they obtained a Latu Sensu degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2008. Victor also completed high school at Colégio João Paulo I and basic school at Colégio Sagrada Família. Additionally, they obtained the certification "Get More by Saying Less in Negotiations" from LinkedIn in 2023.
