Jason Bates

Jason Bates is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT operations and service desks across various organizations. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager at HybrIT Services since July 2016, Jason previously held roles including Infrastructure Manager at Abtec Network Systems and IT Operations Manager for Europe at Essentra Plc, overseeing significant IT initiatives and leading engineering teams. Earlier positions at Contego Packaging and Nampak Europe involved managing IT infrastructure and projects for multiple European sites. Jason's career commenced at BP Chemicals as a Wintel IT Manager and included roles in production planning and engineering at Marconi Command and Control Systems. A qualified electronic engineer, Jason holds a BTec National Certificate from Charles Keene College of Further Education.
