Janusz Skrzypkowski

Janusz Skrzypkowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and business development, currently serving as Principal at M&A Advisory since January 2020, assisting Polish and CEE companies in M&A transactions. In addition, Janusz is a Supervisory Board Member at Hycom.digital since July 2022 and has held positions at Samurai Labs as Business Development lead from December 2021 to December 2023, and VP of Investor Relations at medvocation from May 2020 to November 2021. Previous roles include Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Electronic Control Systems SA, Investment Director at CEE Equity Partners Limited and Abris Capital Partners, and CEO at Mykogen Group and Overnight Express. Janusz holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from CPE Polytechnic Lyon, and an MSc in IT from Lodz University of Technology.
