Moon Sen is an experienced scientist with a diverse background in research and development, particularly in the fields of immunology and diagnostics. Currently serving as a scientist at Phenomenex Inc. since May 2022, Moon Sen focuses on developing magnetic bead-based technology for biomolecule separation. Prior to this role, work at Hycor Biomedical LLC involved creating diagnostic platforms utilizing paramagnetic bead particle technology for allergens and antibodies, while a position at Savage River, Inc. (Beyond Meat) centered on protein engineering for meat alternatives. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Siemens in purifying proteins and developing molecular allergens for diagnostic assays, as well as postdoctoral research at Harvard Medical School and a research fellowship at Mayo Medical School, both of which emphasized T cell and B cell immune functions and the regulation of autoimmune diseases.
