Iztok Jug

Iztok Jug has a strong background in software development and project management. Iztok started their career at CGS plus in 2004 as a .net Software Developer. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at HERMES SoftLab as a Software Developer and also took on a role as a Software Developer - Tester from 2006 to 2007. Iztok then joined Comtrade Group in 2011, initially working as a Junior Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer from 2012 to 2015. Iztok progressed to become a Team Manager and finally a Project Manager from 2015 to 2018 at Comtrade Group. Since 2018, they have been working at HYCU, Inc., where they have held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently the Director of Engineering.

Iztok Jug completed their high school education at Srednja Šola Veno Pilon Ajdovščina from 1998 to 2001. Iztok then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Computer and Information Science, which they obtained from 2001 to 2007. In 2016, they participated in the IEDC Young Managers program at the IEDC - Bled School of Management. In addition to their formal education, Iztok Jug also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in June 2015.
