Matthieu Guilbert has over 19 years of work experience in the hydraulic industry. Matthieu started their career at Poclain Hydraulics in 2002, where they held various roles, including North American Applications Engineering and Aftermarket Manager. In 2011, they joined Parker Hannifin as a Division Business Development Manager and later became a Global Product Manager. Since 2015, they have been with HYDAC Technology Corporation, initially serving as a Group Product Manager and then progressing to roles such as Vice President, Division Manager - Compact Hydraulics, and currently as Vice President, General Manager - Compact & Mobile Hydraulics.
From 1999 to 2003, Matthieu Guilbert studied at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
