Alekya Pagonda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They have held positions at various companies, including The Hyde Group, Owlstone Medical, Danaher Corporation, Google, Expedia, Inc., Deloitte, and Tata Consultancy Services.

At The Hyde Group, Alekya served as the Head of Business Systems and Technology starting in September 2023.

Prior to that, Alekya worked at Owlstone Medical as the Head of Data Management and Business Systems from February 2022 to August 2023.

From July 2021 to January 2022, Alekya was the Global Head of ERP at Danaher Corporation. They also held roles as the Head of Business Systems from February 2020 to July 2021 and as an Oracle Product SME from March 2018 to February 2020.

At Google, Alekya was a Senior Financials Consultant from November 2016 to August 2017.

Alekya also worked at Expedia, Inc. as a Lead ERP Business Analyst from February 2016 to October 2016.

Prior to that, Alekya had a long tenure at Deloitte as a Federal Financials Consultant for the National Institute of Health from October 2011 to January 2016.

Lastly, Alekya worked at Tata Consultancy Services in various roles, including ERP Financials Subject Matter Expert, ERP Lead - Financials for Michaels-Arts & Crafts, ERP Financials Consultant for JC Penney, ERP Implementation Project Lead for TCS Australia, and ERP Financials Consultant for TCS Ultimatix.

Alekya Pagonda attended Harvard Business School in 2021, where they pursued a degree in Strategy Execution with a focus on Organizational Leadership. From 2002 to 2006, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Instrumentation at Vivekananda Education Society's Institute of Technology in Mumbai. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they attended Atomic Energy Junior College. In addition to their formal education, Alekya has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Cloud Computing for Business Leaders, Agile Project Leadership, Data Strategy, Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization, Strategic Selling, Telling Stories with Data, and Unapologetically Ambitious.
