Natalie Quilter

Natalie Quilter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, and operational management. Currently serving as the Head of Reward, Wellbeing and Benefits at The Hyde Group, Natalie also holds advisory roles at G15 and has made significant contributions as the inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Specialist within the organization. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Notting Hill Genesis, where Natalie developed a wellbeing strategy, an ED&I action plan, and conducted gender and ethnicity pay gap analyses.
