Nivia Lawrence

Nivia Lawrence is a dedicated Business Change Project Manager at The Hyde Group since September 2022, notably leading strategic change initiatives while managing the full project lifecycle. In addition, Nivia serves as a 2024 Junior Board Member, facilitating team meetings and project delivery within the organization. Previously, Nivia worked as a Business Administration Apprentice, supporting various programs and projects, and as an Apprentice Mentor at Upprentice, assisting aspiring apprentices with application processes. Early experience includes a role as a Housekeeper at Anderselite, which instilled meticulous attention to detail. Nivia completed a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration and has A Levels in Sociology, Law, and Psychology from Carshalton High School for Girls.
