Jp Hale

JP Hale has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. JP started their career as a 2nd-4th Grade Teacher at Shelby County Schools in 1996 and later became a Computer Literacy Teacher at Highland Park ISD in 1998. From 1999 to 2005, JP worked at Duncanville ISD as a Technology Applications Teacher, where they taught various technology-related subjects and also served as the campus and district webmaster.

In 2005, JP joined Tyler ISD as an Instructional Technology Specialist, where they provided training and coaching on integrating technology and led district-wide initiatives for curriculum and lesson planning.

JP also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Dallas Baptist University from 2005 to 2009.

From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Taylor ISD, initially serving as the Director of Instructional Technology, overseeing technology-related activities. JP later became an Administrator, responsible for the Taylor Opportunity Center and managing the district's website and social media accounts. JP also served as the Interim Director of Technology, overseeing the technology department and facilitating the installation of technology equipment at the Main Street campus.
