Mohamed Khafaga

Mohamed Khafaga, PHRi™, currently serves as the Commercial HR Business Partner Manager at Hyde Park Developments since August 2023. Previously, Mohamed worked as the Learning and Development Manager at Paymob, where innovative eLearning platforms were developed to enhance employee resources, and impactful summer internship programs were created. Other significant roles include MENA Sales Academy Project Manager and Commercial HR Business Partner Manager at Paymob, where leadership development programs were initiated. As a Human Resources Consultant and Commercial HR Business Partner Lead at JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions, Mohamed successfully reduced turnover rates significantly across various distribution centers. Previous experience also encompasses roles in talent acquisition at Sparta Technologies and Etisalat Misr, where Mohamed implemented effective recruitment strategies and reduced hiring times.
