Caolan Colton

Caolan Colton is an experienced General Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Hydes Brewery Ltd since July 2022, Caolan previously held the position at Stonegate Group from October 2020 to July 2022, where roles included Holding General Manager at The Beech Inn Chorlton, notable for achieving record pub sales during the reopening post-lockdown.
