Carol Shearer

Carol Shearer has a strong background in trade marketing and brand development. Carol started their career at Whitbread in 1986, where they worked as a Trade Marketing Executive and later as a Business Development and Acquisitions Manager. In 2000, they joined Daniel Thwaites Pubs/Brewing as a Trade Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs for various sales channels. Carol has experience in strategic planning, brand recommendations, and promotional campaigns. In 2015, they became the Head of Marketing at Hydes Brewery Ltd.

Carol Shearer attended Shadsworth High School in Blackburn from 1980 to 1985. Carol then enrolled at the University of Blackburn from 1996 to 1999, where they studied CIM Marketing and HND Business and Finance.
