Willem Strijdom is an experienced construction manager currently employed at Hydra-Arc since June 2014, overseeing the assembly of complex modules, including significant steel work, mechanical equipment, and piping installation for the CTFE project at Sasol. Previously, Willem held the position of civil and structural site superintendent at Linde Process Plants, Inc., from August 2010 to May 2014, managing contractors for various projects in Secunda, including the installation of additional gasifiers and reformers. Willem's career began as a site superintendent at Linde Process Plants, Inc., from June 2010 to May 2013. Willem holds an N3 degree in Boilermaking and Welding from Benoni Technical College, completed between 1975 and 1979.
