Nathan van de Kemp

Nathan Van de Kemp is an accomplished manufacturing professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as both Manufacturing Manager and Facilities Manager at Hydra Dyne Technology Inc. since September 2018, Nathan oversees operations at the Norwich facility. Previously, Nathan held the position of President at Haan Industries Inc. from July 2014 to March 2019, managing a machine shop equipped with advanced CNC machinery. Prior to that, Nathan worked as a tool maker at BOS Automation, where custom parts for automation equipment were produced. Nathan's career at Hydra Dyne Technology spanned from September 1998 to September 2012, culminating in the role of machine shop manager, where effective organization of staff and machinery was key to operational efficiency. Nathan is an alumnus of Mohawk College, having studied from 2000 to 2003, and also attended Woodland Christian High.
