Rick Bentley

Rick Bentley is an accomplished engineering professional with over four decades of experience in hydraulic systems and product development. Currently serving as President at Hydra Service, Inc. since November 1981, Bentley has driven innovation in design and product development. Prior experience includes roles as a Hydraulic Engineer at Braden Paccar Winch, where contributions included the development of a hydraulic brake valve and a specialized hydraulic motor, as well as a position at Unit Rig focused on hydraulic systems for Bucketwheel excavators. Earlier in their career, Bentley served as a Project Engineer at Cessna Fluid Power, specializing in load sensing piston pumps. Bentley holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Incompressible Fluid Flow from Oklahoma State University and an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Oklahoma Military Academy.
