Kshitija Deshmukh

Kshitija Deshmukh is a Senior Project Engineer at Hydraloop since September 2023, responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and quality standards. Previously, Kshitija served as a System Integrator & Project Management professional at Whirlpool Corporation from December 2021 to September 2023, where project life-cycle management processes were implemented and regulatory improvements were led. Kshitija also gained experience as a Project Engineer in the Global Engineering Program at Electrolux, successfully executing the ENERGY 2020 project. Prior positions include Product Development Engineer at Reddo Srl, focusing on a counter wine dispenser project, and Head Intern at Om Associates, managing interns and assisting with tenders. Kshitija holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
