James Bach

James Bach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Electric Systems at Hydraquip, Inc. since March 2022, James previously held leadership roles such as General Manager for the Americas at Elmo Motion Control and various positions at Emerson, including Director of Business Development and Head of Sector for the Americas in the energy sector. At Emerson, James was instrumental in identifying new opportunities and developing strategic business cases. James began a career at Faxon Engineering Co Inc. as a Sales Engineer, excelling in customer relationship management and technical service. James holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering in Technology from Virginia Western and Virginia Tech, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
