Currently serving as General Manager and Operations Manager at Hydreco Hydraulics since 2020, Ayub oversees operations, quality, safety, and lean initiatives. Prior experience includes a nearly two-decade tenure at IMI Precision Engineering, where Ayub held roles such as Operations Director for ANZ, Operations Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. Achievements include achieving green Lean status and the implementation of company-wide lean methodologies across multiple sites. Ayub holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business, additional qualifications in AI strategy from RMIT University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University, Dharwad.
