Holly Reeve is the CEO and Co-founder of HydRegen Limited, specializing in bio-based manufacturing technologies for the fine chemicals and pharmaceutical markets since January 2021. Previously, Holly served as a Senior Researcher and Project Manager at the University of Oxford from 2011 to 2021, where notable work included leading research on H2-driven biocatalysis and securing major R&D funding. Holly's academic background includes a DPhil in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Oxford and various fellowships, including a British Science Association Media Fellowship and an EMBO Short Term Fellowship at the Berlin Institute of Technology. Additionally, Holly pursued a Certificate in Psychology of Leadership at Cornell University and additional studies in entrepreneurship at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
