Catherine Stolp

Catherine Stolp currently serves as the Manager of Organisational Learning and Development at Hydro Tasmania, a role started in December 2023. Previously, Catherine held positions at TasNetworks, including Leader of Organisational Development and Learning Design and Experience Lead, from August 2021 to December 2023. Experience includes a Senior Learning & Development Consultant role at Bendigo Kangan Institute and capability management at breadsolutions, where significant culture change initiatives were implemented for a diverse workforce. Additionally, Catherine was instrumental in the Pathways to Home project at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, focusing on supporting homeless clients post-discharge. Earlier roles included Learning and Development Manager at Villa Maria Catholic Homes, where operational and strategic training plans were created for a large staff base during a major merger. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Tasmania and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Holmesglen TAFE.
