Cyril Rager

Cyril Rager has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Cyril currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hydro-Gear. Before joining Hydro-Gear, Cyril worked as an Accounting Manager at Landmark Ceramics for six years. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Controller at Magna Seating for a brief period. Cyril also served as a Finance Manager at Magotteaux for seven years and as a Plant Controller at Husqvarna Group for eight years. Cyril began their career as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers for two years.

Cyril Rager completed their education history as follows:

- From 1991 to 1996, they attended Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Control, Audit & Strategic Planning.

- From 1996 to 1997, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Performance Management at ESCP Business School.

Additionally, Cyril Rager has obtained several certifications:

- In April 2016, they became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.

- In November 2016, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy.

- In July 2016, they gained the status of a Notary Public from the Williamson County Clerk's Office.

- In May 2019, Cyril Rager was certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA) by the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.

- Lastly, in April 2021, they earned the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification through the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
