Alisha Rodrigues

Alisha Rodrigues is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant at Hydro One since June 2022, previously holding roles as a Talent Acquisition Associate and Co-op Coordinator. At Morningstar, from November 2021 to May 2022, Alisha served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, managing multiple candidates and logistical aspects of hiring while supporting HR projects. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Goodwill Industries Ontario Great Lakes, where Alisha provided administrative support and coordinated recruitment efforts, and assistant managerial roles at Tim Hortons, focusing on operations and team management.
