Kenneth Tse

Kenneth Tse, PMP, is a seasoned professional in cyber technology and engineering, currently serving as Sr Manager of Cyber Tech Delivery & IAM Engineering at Hydro One since July 2022. Kenneth's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Private Sector Financial Group and as Manager of Security Products and Access Management at Allstate Canada. Prior to these positions, Kenneth held various architecture and consulting roles at City of Toronto, Bell, TTC, and Primus Telecommunications Canada, developing comprehensive solution architectures utilizing various methodologies such as EA and ITIL. Kenneth possesses a BA in Information Technology from York University and has foundational education from the University of Toronto.
