Vivian Yoanidis

Vivian Yoanidis has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion within the corporate landscape, primarily at Hydro One, where roles have included Senior Manager and Manager of Leadership & Organization Development. Since joining Hydro One in 2003, Vivian has contributed to various initiatives, such as the Hydro One Women in Engineering University Partnership, aimed at empowering young women in engineering fields. In addition to significant managerial responsibilities, Vivian has served on advisory committees and boards, including the Canadian Women's Foundation and Electricity Human Resources Canada. An advocate for diversity in the workplace, Vivian has been recognized with awards such as the Hydro One President's Award for Excellence in the Community. Educationally, Vivian holds a Master of Education in Adult Learning and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
