Cuc Duong is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Rates and Revenues at Hydro Ottawa since 2011 and previously as the Manager of Accounting, Cuc has developed expertise in utility finance management. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Deloitte Canada from 2005 to 2011 and as Manager at Mintz & Partners LLP from 2002 to 2004.
