Theresa Sippert

Theresa Sippert, CIPP/C, is an experienced professional in information management and privacy, currently serving as the Manager of Information Management at Hydro Ottawa since January 2021. Prior to this role, Theresa worked as the Manager of Records and Information Management at Canadian Blood Services from January 2016 to December 2020 and held the position of Manager of Privacy and Information Management at Champlain Community Care Access Centre from March 2013 to January 2016. Additional experience includes serving as the National Manager of Health Information at the Department of National Defence from December 2009 to March 2013 and roles at The Ottawa Hospital as a Health Information Analyst and Critical Care Information Analyst from May 1995 to October 2009. Earlier in Theresa's career, positions included Data Quality Analyst at the Canadian Institute for Health Information from November 2005 to October 2007 and involvement with the Canadian Paediatric Decision Support Network at CHEO from December 2002 to October 2003.
