Anis Bounouh, MBA, PMP, has an extensive background in project management and business analysis, currently serving as the Business Analyst Team Lead, Program Manager, and Product Owner at Hydro Québec since March 2010. Previous experience includes positions as a project management advisor at PMI-Montréal from 2005 to June 2022, and consulting roles at CGI and Dessau. Anis also worked as a Project Control Officer & Planner at Société de Transport de Montréal from August 2005 to December 2007. It was established by the Government of Quebec in 1944 from the expropriation of private firms. Hydro-Québec generates, transports and distributes electricity. It essentially exploits renewable energies, more particularly hydroelectricity. It also does research in energy-related fields and is actively interested in energy efficiency. In addition, it develops the technologies resulting from its research.
