Hugues Tremblay

Hugues Tremblay is an experienced telecommunications architect and project manager with a strong background in leading teams and implementing innovative solutions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Gestionnaire d'architectes de télécommunications at Hydro-Québec, Hugues manages a team of 20 architects and has introduced Agile methodologies and performance measurement systems. Previous roles include Telecom Architecture Project Lead at Avanade, Project Delivery Manager at CBC, and Director of Architecture at Réseau Sélection, where Hugues oversaw digital transformations and new ERP implementations. Hugues's extensive experience includes positions at CN, where leadership in solution architecture and business relationships was key, as well as foundational roles at Bell Canada and Nortel. Hugues holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval.
