Pasquale Lo Mascolo

Pasquale Lo Mascolo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, branding, marketing communication, and union representation. Currently serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor at Hydro-Quebec since June 2018, Pasquale leads training initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace and supports ethnocultural community visibility. Previously, Pasquale held roles in branding and marketing where responsibilities included developing brand voice, managing marketing communication strategies, and tracking digital campaign performance. Earlier experience as Union Vice President involved representing 800 professionals and negotiating agreements, while a tenure as Translation Coordinator focused on managing translation projects and ensuring the consistency of company terminology. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from ESG UQAM, a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from Concordia University, and a Diploma in Social Science from Vanier College.
