Serge Tellier

Serge Tellier is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and logistics. Currently serving as Conseiller Acquisitions III & Optimisation de catégories at Hydro-Québec since October 2016, Serge has held various roles in strategic procurement within the organization. Prior experience includes positions such as Conseiller Principal & Chef d'équipe at Desjardins, Supply Chain Manager at GE Aviation, National Procurement Negotiator at RONA, and Purchasing Manager at Tarkett. Serge began the career with roles at General Dynamics and Bombardier Aerospace, further supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and training at the Supply Chain Management Association.
