Vitalijs Arkulinskis

Vitalijs Arkulinskis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data engineering and product ownership. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Engineering at Hydro Québec since April 2023, Vitalijs oversees a team of 30 data analysts and developers focused on automating data processes. Previously, at IXIASOFT, from October 2021 to March 2023, Vitalijs enhanced technical documentation software and managed feature delivery roadmaps. At CAE, a tenure from November 2017 to August 2021 included managing a $1.4M budget and leading a team of full-stack developers.
