Eric Gorny

Eric Gorny is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles. Since September 2019, Eric has served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Hydro Systems. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Human Resources Manager at OPW, a Dover Company, since January 2013, where responsibilities included managing employee lifecycle processes for a facility with over 200 associates. Eric also contributed as a Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Intern at OPW, supporting HR projects and initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Rock The House Entertainment Group. Eric holds two Bachelor's degrees in Strategic Human Resource Management and Human Resourcing and Management from Xavier University, completed in 2013, along with a high school diploma from St. Ignatius High School.
