John Munene

John Munene has a diverse work experience. John started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Be Associates in 2013 and worked there until 2015. John then worked as an Assistant Project Engineer at Batiment Engineering & Associates Ltd from 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a Project Engineer at Arris Associates until 2016. Starting in 2017, John worked as a Site/Design Engineer at Jiangxi Water and Hydro-Power Company Kenya Ltd, where they were involved in the construction of the Lower Nyamindi Small Hydro Project. In 2021, they joined Hydrobox as a Project Development Engineer and later moved to their current role as a Project Development Engineer at Young Expert Programmes in 2022.

John Munene pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Dedan Kimathi University of Science and Technology, between 2010 and 2015. John later attended the African Management Institute in 2022, where they completed a short course on Personal Productivity, specifically focusing on Thriving at Work.
