Joe Kerr

Joe Kerr is an experienced professional in the specialty services and operations industry, currently serving as Specialty Service Manager at HydroChemPSC since January 2018 and Operations Manager at HydroChem LLC since March 2017. Prior to these roles, Joe worked at Shell from June 2005 to February 2017, holding various positions including Maintenance Coordinator and Production Operator. Joe’s career began at HydroChem LLC, where from September 1999 to April 2005, responsibilities included Specialty Service Project Manager with a focus on high volume water jetting, UHP operations, turnaround management, and project estimating. Joe holds an Associate's degree in Project Management, fulfilling educational experiences at Louisiana Tech University and the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies, following foundational education at Steubenville High School.
