Sini Kokkala

Sini Kokkala began their work experience in 2008 as a Service Manager at Sokos Hotels, where they provided and promoted excellent customer service and trained new staff. Sini also had responsibilities in staff recruitment, appraisals, and improving customer satisfaction. In 2010, they transitioned to a role as a Sports Instructor and Lifeguard at Sokos Hotels, where they planned and taught aerobic and water aerobics classes, instructed baby swimming, and gave swimming lessons. Sini also supervised the spa area and carried out rescue procedures and first aid when necessary.

In 2014, Sini started working at the Paavo Nurmi Centre as a Coordinator, where they supported office operations, provided administrative support, and managed various tasks such as marketing, social media, web page updating, and financial administration.

Throughout their career, they also held positions as a Sports Instructor at Liikuntapalvelut Sini Kokkala, Tutojumppa, and Paimion Naisvoimistelijat, where they conducted various fitness and yoga classes. Sini also worked as a Yoga Teacher at Pure Move Oy and taught group fitness classes at Kunto- ja hyvinvointikeskus Studio One.

Additionally, Sini worked as a Trainer and Instructor at Fitter Faster Stronger Suomi and Hydrotraining Finland, respectively, where they provided training and instruction services.

Most recently, they joined Hydrohex in 2021 as a Project Specialist.

Overall, Sini Kokkala has gained extensive experience in customer service, fitness instruction, administrative support, and project coordination throughout their career journey.

Sini Kokkala completed their education at various institutions over the years. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Turun Klassikon lukio and graduated as a secondary school graduate, or "ylioppilas." Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Sports degree in Coaching Science from LAMK Lahti University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In 2014, they obtained a Nutrition Coach certification from Trainer 4 You Group. Later, in 2017 to 2018, Sini acquired their Yoga teacher certification (RYT200) from PureMove Oy. In 2019, they attended ProFTraining Finland Oy to become a FasciaMethod and ProMethod instructor.
