Janice Norton

Janice Norton began their career in 1991 as Assistant Controller at Datasonics, Inc. In 1999, they moved to Benthos, Inc. as an Accountant. In 2002, they joined Hydroid Inc. as Director of Finance and Accounting, Administration & Contracts Manager, reporting to the President and responsible for finance, accounting, contract administration, IT and companywide administrative support. Janice was also instrumental in the financial data associated with the acquisition of Hydroid Inc.

Janice Norton received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School between 1997 and 2001. Janice also obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in Accounting and Business/Management from Cape Cod Community College. In addition, Janice has obtained five certifications from Dale Carnegie Training, including Secrets to Leading with Assertiveness (November 2017), Performance Reviews That Motivate (October 2017), Meetings That Work (December 2017), Secrets of Motivation (October 2017), and Step Up To Leadership (October 2017).
