Joonas Ekholm

Joonas Ekholm has a diverse work experience in finance and controlling roles. Joonas currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hydroline, starting in November 2023. Prior to this, they founded Oak Island Advisory in February 2023. From November 2020 to May 2023, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ilmatar. Joonas also worked at Delete Group Oy, where they held various roles including CFO, Director of Group Finance, and Group Controller from 2012 to 2020. Before that, they were a Senior Controller at Eltel Networks from 2011 to 2012. Their early career began at Wärtsilä Corporation, where they gained experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, and Trainee in Group Control from 2004 to 2011.

Joonas Ekholm completed their Master of Science degree in Economics from Hanken School of Economics, during the period of 2002 to 2008.
