Matt Elizardo

Matt Elizardo is a skilled engineer with a robust background in design and product development within the healthcare simulation industry. Currently serving as a Project Design Engineer at Hydromotion, Inc. since September 2022, Matt previously worked at ILC Dover as a Design Engineer and at Harford Systems Inc. as a Manufacturing Process Engineer. Earlier experience includes a role as a Product Development Engineer at Avkin, where responsibilities included the creation of healthcare simulation products, quality control, and vendor collaboration. Academic experience at the University of Delaware included roles as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, supporting the Nursing Department’s training initiatives and mentoring engineering students, respectively. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Braskem focused on maintenance optimization and archery instruction at Flourtown Summer Day Camp.
