Monika K. has over 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Monika began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Representative at Trident Seafoods, where they collaborated with production management, staffing vendors and the safety coordinator to develop, implement and manage the temporary employee orientation process.
