David Horton

David Horton possesses extensive experience in engineering, operations, and program management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Hydropool Hot Tubs & Swim Spas since June 2020, David oversees Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Technical Support departments while developing infrastructure and strategic initiatives at the executive level. As President of Keystone Performance Group Inc. since September 2016, David focuses on program management strategies for executives and entrepreneurs. Prior roles include a significant stint at GLG as a Council Member specializing in program management strategies and various managerial positions at Henkel KGaA, where responsibilities spanned global program management and business development. David's career began at Orbseal LLC and CDI with a focus on Ford-related projects. Educationally, David holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western University.
