Prior roles at Thames Water include Contract Performance Manager, Metering Contract Support Manager, Metering Strategy Analyst, Business Change Lead, and Technical Specialist, showcasing a versatile background in contract management and business operations. Earlier in the career, Leon served as an Archaeological Officer at Thames Valley Archaeological Services. Leon holds a Merit degree in Geoarchaeology and a 1st degree in Environmental Biology, both from the University of Reading.
