Alex Chan has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Member Services Team Lead for Hardware Support at Hydrow, Inc. since January 2020, following roles as a Senior Customer Champion and Customer Champion. Prior to Hydrow, Alex worked at Jobcase, Inc. as a Customer Success Specialist for Enterprise and held the position of Account Manager at NantHealth. Early career experience includes serving as a Feature Writer at Rue La La and as Office Manager for the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management Information Systems from UMass Boston and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at the Boston Architectural College.
