Uri Birenberg

Uri Birenberg has over twenty years of experience in the financial and accounting industry. Uri began their career in 2000 as a Manager at Ernst & Young in the high tech department. In 2004, they were an Assistant Controller at Ormat Technologies, Inc. and in 2005, they became a Controller at HP. In 2007, they were a VP Finance Global Payment & Messaging division at SunGard, where they managed the Financial, IT and Admin groups. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Chief Financial Officer at RADCOM, responsible for all International Finance, Tax and Legal activities, and leading the IPO process and Investor relations management. From 2018 to 2020, they were the CFO at Seedo, reporting to the Board of Directors and to the CEO, and leading the Company IPO by Reverse Merge. Since 2020, they have been the Chief Financial Officer at Hinoman Ltd., where they are responsible for reporting to the international Board of Directors and to the CEO, and for Finance, Tax and Legal activities. Uri is currently the Chief Financial Officer at HYGEAR, beginning in 2022.

Uri Birenberg obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from The College of Management Academic Studies in the field of Accounting and Business/Management between 1998 and 2001.
