Philippe Macq has extensive experience in technical sales support and management within the food safety and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Technical Sales Support Specialist and Sales and Technical Manager for Hygiena since March 2017, Philippe is responsible for direct sales and distributor relationships across France, Benelux, Switzerland, and West Africa, focusing on a broad range of products and positioning Hygiena as a key supplier in the market. Prior to this role, Philippe worked as Sales and Technical Area Manager at DuPont Nutrition & Health and spent nearly two decades at Bio-Rad Laboratories in various managerial roles, including Key Account Manager and National Account Manager, overseeing significant accounts in the dairy industry and service labs, and successfully developing customer relations and sales turnover. Early career experience includes serving as Microbiology Lab Manager at Kerry Aptunion, managing a small team and facilitating integration with production and quality departments.
