Kostas Gliožeris

Kostas Gliožeris is a skilled aerospace professional with extensive experience in avionics and electronics, currently serving as the Avionics & Electronics Team Leader at HyImpulse since January 2020. In this role, Kostas leads the design and requirements definition of electronic subsystems for orbital launch vehicles, manages a team of up to nine aerospace engineers, and oversees the manufacturing and integration of electronic systems in preparation for maiden flight. Prior to this, Kostas worked as an Avionics Engineer, contributing to early design phases for launch vehicle electronic systems and establishing a cohesive team. Earlier experiences include a Customer Success Intern position at Open Cosmos Ltd., a Web Application Developer role at BuildEmpire Ltd., and a Junior Engineer Industrial Placement at TWI. Kostas holds a Master's degree in Astronautics and Space Engineering from Cranfield University, an exchange degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick.
