Chrissy Reed has over 10 years of work experience in various industries. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Fitness Specialist at MediFit Corporate Services and a Therapy Technician at HCR ManorCare. In 2011, they became a Technical Recruiter at Meridian Technologies. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Business Development Manager, Acquisition Lead, and Corporate Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist at CTS, Inc. Since 2018, they have been the Director of Employee Engagement at Hylaine, where they are responsible for delivering unique, project-based technology solutions that help clients embrace digital transformation.

Chrissy Reed obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Loras College between 2005 and 2009. In April 2015, they were certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI).
