Melissa Monter

Melissa Monter has a strong background in quality assurance and R&D operations, with extensive experience in leading testing teams and overseeing documentation processes. Melissa has held various positions at Hyland, including Director of Global Documentation, AVP R&D Operations, and Director of R&D Operations. Prior to their time at Hyland, Melissa worked as a Quality Assurance Representative at Nationwide Insurance and as a COBOL Programmer. Melissa graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
