Mitzi Walker

Mitzi Walker serves as Benefits Manager at Hyland since April 2022, bringing extensive experience from a 19-year tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton, where roles included Senior Benefits Specialist, HR Specialist, and Human Resources Administrator. In the position of Senior Benefits Specialist, Mitzi managed employee benefits programs, vendor relationships, and was instrumental in implementing a leave-sharing program. Additional accomplishments include enhancing benefit billing processes, overseeing conflict resolution in employee relations, and providing educational seminars for employees.
