Lauren Nolen

Lauren Nolen, GBDS, has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors. Since June 2018, Lauren has held multiple positions at M3 Insurance, progressing from Employee Benefits Account Specialist to Employee Benefits Client Manager. Previously, Lauren worked at Whitewater Aquatic Center as a Fitness Center Attendant, providing customer service and facility maintenance. Prior internship experience includes a Business Insurance Intern role at M3 Insurance, where Lauren engaged with learning modules and participated in client meetings. Earlier professional history includes serving as Front Desk Coordinator at Pure Bliss Hair Studio and Day Spa and as a Cashier and Server at Emack and Bolios. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Illinois Central College.
